無心睡眠竟然是腸道健康有問題?

我們的腸道不僅是消化管道,腸道內的大量微生物會產生多種信息分子,時刻跟神經系統溝通,並影響情緒、記憶、認知能力等精神活動。

當我們遇到持續的精神壓力時,腸壁的緊密程度會變差,造成腸漏,腸道內有害的物質會穿過腸壁,觸發免疫系統產生發炎信息回饋至大腦,並加劇焦慮和抑鬱等壓力反應。

如果我們的腸道微生態失衡,同樣會產生類似的壓力反應,加劇腸漏,引致惡性循環。因此如果腸道微生態得以改善,便可以減輕壓力帶來的影響。
