New Generation of probiotics with Super Antidote
BIOMED R&D Centre in Hong Kong Science Park has adopted technologies like qPCR and Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) to analyze the gut microbiome of Hong Kong people from random sampling. Result showed that:
1. 38% of the healthy individuals had mild to severe dysbiosis of gut microbiome.
2. 62% of individuals with chronic diseases have mild to severe dysbiosis, which occurred more easily than healthy individuals.
3. Individuals with various health problems were signified by lack of distinctive probiotic strains. Supplementing the “right” probiotics can improve associated health problems.
